「Hotel is in an amazing location. It had a lovely set up with attractive looking bar & lounge area. Breakfast was just right with good hot & cold choices. Room was lovely & comfortable with good views of the cathedral, only slight criticism was the bathroom was a bit tired, there’s lots of marks on the floor & the bath seemed heavily stained but it did still seem clean. All the staff we encountered were all friendly, approachable & professional. We would definitely stay here again.」

Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back.」

「Saff are brilliant, very friendly and really wanted to help unfortunately regional senior management still have not provided a deafguard as required by the equality act 2010 putting both myself and staff at risk in a fire, also interior is getting tired, i had a flooding issue in room 19 and room 15 smelt damp musty and needs a deep clean.」
