"Our week long stay at Sand could not have been better. Paul, Faye Ann and Bugsy we the best hosts. We wanted for nothing. The property was private and beautiful, but still convenient for us to visit the whole island (rent a car :) Out two teenage children had plenty of space and loved the pool and snorkeling in the bay. They have decided this was our best family vacation ever! We hope to get back there soon! "

"We had a wonderful week at “Sea Glass” condo. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked and gorgeous views from the deck and the rooftop! Penny the property manager was very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations, La Casita was delicious! The pool was perfect after spending the day off exploring. This quiet side of the island makes for a nice relaxing vacation. "

"The place was perfect with the exception of being one bedroom. Based on the photos we thought it was two bedrooms, but there is a couch sofa. Its also not walking distance to the tourist areas or shops. It was normally a 30 minute commute to our activities. The place was very modern and clean. The host was friendly and responded promptly with all messages. I would highly recommend for a small family, solo trip, or couples trip. "

"There is zero negative i can say about Peace of Mine. The entire experience was once in a lifetime and i hope to go back someday and stay in the same place. Tia the caretaker was the absolute best, and we got to also meet Harriet who was also such a joy to speak with. I know we messed up a couple check out tasks because i didn't check my email until after we returned home (stripped bed when we shouldn't have, etc.) 10 out of 10!!!"

"Absolutely loved this property. The beach is right outside the patio door. Perfect setup for our group of 10 with kids ranging from 2 and up. Bring your water shoes, swimsuits, sunblock, and a few clothes.... Everything else is available at the house or nearby (groceries)."

"Our family of 4 spent a week at the Yellow House. Communication with the host via the VRBO app was easy and timely. Check-in and check-out were simple and straight forward. Everything mentioned in the listing was accurate and the wifi was blazing fast for those that needed to do a little work. The pool was well kept and we used it more than I thought we would. The location was perfect for us as we were not interested in the crowds of 7 Mile Beach, but you need a rental car if you stay here. The little beach across the street is nice to sit and enjoy the view, but not that great to settle in for a day at the beach. For that you need to drive to other public beaches or Rum Point. We drove to George Town several times for dinners and a boat charter - it is a pleasant 30-45 minute drive and it is easier than expected to get used to driving on the left side of the road. BUT - there are many hidden gems nearby to try for lunch and dinner (get the burger at the Czech Inn Grill). The guide provided by the host was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental for a party of 4 looking for a laid-back vacation. We are not divers, but we did eat at Eagle Rays. It is close and geared toward divers - with boats departing from that location. The only room for improvement would be updating the linens, pillows, and mattresses; however, this did not affect my rating. I imagine sourcing such items isn't easy on an island. The house is clean and a great value. "

"Fabulous location with ocean view and super easy access to the beach. Great amenities at the beach, including chairs, kayaks, hammocks, and fire pit. Room was very clean and well furbished. Host’s helper was extremely friendly and very helpful — and unobtrusive. Communication with host was excellent. We look forward to staying at Piece of Mine again!"
