very nice place to stay

出發前沒有留意到老闆有發站內信給我, 所以沒看到入住通知. 還好當天老闆有留意到我們的到來, 非常棒的幫我們解決了入住. 環境非常好就是一個小型的家, 可以煮飯,洗衣服曬衣服, 還有免費的停車位. 走路下去市中心也不過10分鐘的路程，網速也夠快．　最喜歡是還可以使用自己的netflix看電視, 晚上邊吃邊看, 好像回到自己的家一樣的舒服. 非常推薦~~~

Ideal for longer stay!

The stay was a good one! The owner helped out our late check in in advance. The carpark is a little bit difficult to find at night, but I am surprised it actually just located behind the room with a little stair climb, very convenience. The room is clean and spacious , very comfortable with 3 person, good located close to city centre with few minutes walk, next to gas station and supermarket. My wife said she would like to return for our next Queenstown visit. She think she can cook a decent meal with the kitchen.

The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 4 adults. It was nice having so much space and lovely bedrooms. The TV with Prime steaming service was utilized in the evenings. Although surprised by the steep driveway and the property’s location on the main road, it was quiet at nice, very comfortable beds and less than 10 minute walk to the main shopping area. Please note there isn’t a footpath in front of the property, probably best to walk on the other side and use the pedestrian crossing near the grocery shop, Raeward Fresh.

1/10 — Terrifying Stay, Completely Unprofessional This was by far the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. The property is managed in a way that feels hostile and stressful rather than welcoming. There is no staff on-site, and all communication is done through long, confrontational messages from the owner. Even small matters were handled with accusatory language, which set an unpleasant tone from the start. The place is covered with multiple cameras, and it was obvious our movements were being closely monitored. As a family with two young children, this created an uncomfortable and invasive atmosphere. We were also surprised by the extra charges for infants—something we rarely encounter—and even that was handled aggressively. The situation escalated to a level we never imagined. While we were still staying there, the owner suddenly confronted us in person about a 1-star review. His behavior was aggressive and intimidating, and our children became terrified and started crying. We were so alarmed that we began recording the interaction for our own safety. He even threatened to call the police on us simply for leaving an honest review. This was an extremely distressing experience and easily the biggest mistake of our trip. We strongly warn other travelers

The location is excellent and just a 5 mins walk from the town centre , parking was right next to the apartment .very neat and tidy place. The views of the mountains are just breathtaking. Nach der Ankunft, übermüdet und reisekrank, gab es sehr nett Hilfe bei den Codes, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. 2 Supermärkte sind noch näher. Das war für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt sehr praktisch.

Excellent location just a short walk from the centre of town. Quiet and peaceful location, with stunning mountain views. Good supermarket and a fresh food market across the road. The room suited our needs perfectly as a homely and comfortable base to explore Queenstown for a week. Plenty of space, well-equipped with a full kitchen, comfy couch and dining table, good heating, nice bathroom and double glazing.

I stayed in one of the units with a private balcony. Very lovely place and lovely view. There was a parking at the top so you wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The unit was perfect and basically had what you need!, cooking utensils, Tv, heater, toiletries. It was also a perfect spot, with a grocery just a 2 min walk, even walking down to the main CBD took 11-15mins . Would definitely stay again 😊

The self contained studio accommodation was very comfortable and was within 5-10 walk into town. A nearby grocery store was convenient. Bus to ski area is also located near by as are other tour pick-ups. I did set off the smoke alarm on a number of occasions due to it being too warm in the studio (not my cooking lol). The only critic I have was there was no plug in for the hair dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the owners was always very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend this accomodation.
