Summary
Central apartment in a premium lakefront location just a 5 minute stroll along the waterfront to the heart of downtown Queenstown.
The open plan lounge & dining area open out on to a balcony with a table & 2 chairs and great views of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains. What a great spot to sit and enjoy the view while eating your breakfast in the morning or when you get back from a day exploring.

Neighborhood
The Lakefront Apartments (previously known as St Omer Court) are in a prime location on Lake Esplanade just a short stroll along the lakefront to the Steamer Wharf and downtown Queenstown.
The apartment is just far enough from town to be quite at night but still less than 5 minutes flat walk to over 100 bars and restaurants. Walk time depends on how many times you stop for photos.
The apartment is part of a complex - please be respectful of your neighbours.
Access
We will send you detailed directions and lockbox codes 3 - 5 days prior to your arrival.
You have full access to the apartment except for 2 locked cupboards.
Parking Space : 1 x designated carpark in building
The undercover carpark has a 2m height restriction
Space
Unlike other apartments of its size Apt 12 has a full kitchen with a free standing stove, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. We do not have a coffee machine but there is a plunger there so you can still get your coffee fix in the mornings.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms both downstairs. One bedroom has a Queen bed and views, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and single bed - it does not have a view. There is one bathroom downstairs with a shower over the bath, a basin & toilet. Upstairs there is a toilet in the laundry. Free Wifi. Free undercover parking.
As the apartment does have stairs between the living area and bedrooms we do have a stair gate if required.
Cot & Highchair can be hired - please enquire.

Bedroom 1 downstairs - has a queen bed, wardrobe, room for suitcases and a small balcony with a view
Bedroom 2 downstairs - has a queen bed and a single bed in it, there is a wardrobe. This room does not have a view.
Laundry - upstairs - has a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, toilet & hand basin.

Transit
A car is not required if unless you wish to go exploring. However if you do have a car we do have parking for 1 standard size vehicle with no roof racks. Vehicles bigger than this or additional vehicles will need to find available street parking - this can be difficult during busy periods.
5 minutes flat walk along the lakefront (about 400m)
Distance from airport 8.3km (approx 15 minutes) - Taxi's & Airport shuttles available at the airport.
You can also catch the Fernhill bus to the Rydges Hotel then walk back towards town about 120m - the bus takes approx 25 minutes
Notes
There is one carpark available for our guests use. It will fit a standard size car or SUV but there is a height restriction of 2 metres going into the undercover carpark so you cannot have a roof rack on your vehicle. Please ensure you only park in our designated carpark - it is clearly market #12.
Please let us know how many beds you will be using during your stay - this is a big help for our housekeeping team.
The property does have a lot of stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues - we have a stair gate available on request (free of charge) - please let us know if you will need this.
House Rules
This apartment is in a quiet complex - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the apartment. No pets allowed. On departure the apartment is to be locked with all lights & appliances off. The apartment should be left tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the bins provided and any additional rubbish in the skip bin. Extra charges may apply if apartment is not left tidy or rubbish removed.
Guest must be 22 or over to book and the person booking must stay
You must only park in our designated carpark (#12)
