Matariki holiday

A very special location with fantastic views from the house and hot tub. Really comfortable and warm (has a wood burner) accomodation with all the equipment you would need if you decided not to eat out. and plenty of games to keep both children and adults amused. We were made very welcome by hosts Maureen and Peter and felt spoilt with a complimentary bottle of local pinot noir.

Beautiful setting in Arrowtown

From the beginning our hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. The property is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the ranges through the picture windows in the fireplace heated sitting room. The house is warm, welcoming and family friendly. Wonderful family getaway at Arrowtown Cottage

We had the most fantastic holiday with our extended family of 8 at Arrowtown Cottage. It's a beautiful home that's well-equipped for family groups - everything from books and games for impromptu evenings at home to comfortable bedrooms with amazing views. Our niece and nephew are still talking about the springfree trampoline... The location is ideal - close to Arrowtown Village and Lake Hayes, and an easy drive to Queenstown but tucked away from the madding crowds. We would love to return one day soon and hope it will be available the next time we host a group getaway to Central Otago.
