The view on upper floor is better, but need to move luggage up stairs and also several stepping. May not have enough car parking spaces close to your rooms.

Kia Ora! Thank you for taking the time to review heartland hotel QT. The views really are breathtaking! The stairs are not ideal but our porters are more then happy to help with luggage. Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the amount of parking spaces we had available. We do also have underground parking available and the parking on the back street is also free. Kind Regards

非常失望, 這個价錢可以有更多選擇
看相片好像還不錯, 但實際上差太遠... 酒店應該也很舊, 房間設備, 特別是浴室設備很殘舊, 花洒水力不夠, 又漏水, 浴缸很舊也不乾淨. 酒店位置方便, 步行去市中心也在5分鐘左右, 問題是他們在主要公路旁邊, 如果房間安排在最边边的那幾間, 就比較吵.

Easy and fast check-in in reception. Staff clearly showed me where my room would be located in the hotel. The hotel service was good. It was surprising that a bag of new towels was hanging on the door when we put on the "do not disturb" sign.

Within walking distance
Hotel is situated very near to city central and nearby transport terminal. It makes the traveling and going around very easy. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff with good location
Staff was so friendly for everything. The location was excellent, just 5 min walk to the downtown. The room was also spacious and comfortable. But there was a minor problem that the door of room's terrace cannot be locked, so it is a bit worry on the safety. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to others;)

really convenient spots, room is good, but no lift. i do have many heavy luggage, so better to have the room at ground floor if we can.

Not bad but I prefer the family motel
The room is like a hotel which is comfortable The washing machine is quite far from my room and quite expensive . And my room is ground floor so I never draw the curtain aside as without privacy .

We enjoyed our stay at Heartlands and the room was comfortable. Some low points were - our room had an allocated carpark in front of our unit, though as we didnt have a car there were multiple cars parked literally right outside our door which felt a bit intrusive. - My allergies were set off as there was quite alot of settled dust on some fixtures - the curtain was hanging off the rail and didnt quite close - there was a large gap in the front door which felt a bit drafty - the bathroom was quite dated and well worn I would stay here again as it was a nice experience, there are just some maintenance issues that could be addressed.

The hotel was great although if you have room 802 you can hear the lift which woke us a few times. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but looked very nice.
