We booked this hotel last minute and we were highly impressed. The customer service from the staff, cleanliness of our room and property and the very comfortable bedding was the highly of our stay. My wife and I cleaned up and took the bus down to City Center for a nice dinner and the staff was very helpful instructing us how to use the public bus system. Keep up the great work! We would definitely stay here again!

Family room was really nice. Two separate rooms, bunk beds for kids and a luxury bathroom that we weren’t expecting at a Holiday Inn. Restaurant convenient and open late and excellent breakfast buffet included in our room. Next to no parking at the hotel but public parking fairly close for $11.50 for 24 hours. Staff were really helpful and the app to pay is at the front desk and pretty easy to use. We wished we had stayed here for our longer stay in Queenstown a few days later.
