Wonderful family holiday!!

The property was ideal for 2 weeks with our adult children and their partners. Everyone had their own space but there were several areas large enough for us all to gather and have fun. Encountered a few maintenance issues but had an over all great stay. We loved the hot tub and will miss the beautiful view!!

Great Apartment fro a group or large family

Could not fault the property except the driveway was quite step and our van had fun getting up in the rain. The fireplace and separate lounge rooms were a welcome addition to be away from the kids

Great place to stay with a large group, New house feel. The Spa was great however it wasn't as clean as i would have expected the lack of chemicals was evident we had to shower after not before!

The property was quite nice in terms of the things available. The Bach was very big and super spacious. We also loved the views which we had from so high up. The only few down sides were that some bits weren’t as clean. And a few things were damaged already.

The location is fantastic and the property perfectly catered for our group of 6 on a snowboard holiday.The condition of the property was not as good as the first time we stayed - although the spa area looks to have been redone, the inside of the property does appear to be suffering from some general wear and tear. Time to re paint perhaps? Everything else was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends :)

A great holiday home for 6-8, with amazing views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked a rental property through Good Stays in Queenstown initially for a wedding elopement/weekend. While plans changed and I was unable to change or alter the booking (I did not ask for either because the policies were clearly noted AND I still had use of the place), my parent's & I enjoyed a relaxing & quiet weekend in Queenstown ourselves. The place was amazing - with incredible views, AND a jacuzzi on the patio deck! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and all rooms made up for guests as per requested & confirmed in advance. The check-in and check-out process was streamlined with use of a mobile app, with zero issues before, during, nor after our stay with a full refund of the bond. I'd definitely consider booking another stay with Good Stays!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodation, shame we were let down by Goodstays and their staff. Disgusting attitude and most unhelpful. We didn’t have all of our bond returned due to a “call out fee” because the hot water stopped working. Would not recommend Goodstays and certainly won’t be using them in the future. I wish i had read more reviews before booking!

Modern amenities and comfortable. On top of the hill so not really walkable from town but only a $10 taxi ride. A few things weren't functioning properly but we advised the management company on checkout and they were going to look into those. 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (shower only) plus 3 toilets (one in each bathroom plus a 3rd downstairs). Safe and secure apartment. Quiet and perfect for short or long stays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was excellent. Very large home with 4 large bedrooms and two separate living areas. Great for a large family. Very good condition. Nice and warm with under floor heating. A little difficult to control the temperature with no thermostat controls anywhere ... sometimes too hot, sometimes could be a little warmer. When we arrived the spa was not working but a portable replacement spa was delivered same day so excellent service here. My only gripe would be that Goodstays staff were not really welcoming of us reporting anything that was broken in the home ... I think that's because we were actually speaking to the owner and he wasn't too keen to have to spend money. Not sure was worth what we paid but heh that's probably everywhere in Queenstown. Overall excellent and recommended.
