Room was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing and the spa each night was most definitely the highlight of our stay! Great resort, great service and the best view! Can’t wait to visit again.

Me and my family stayed 2nights here,im disappointed because they dont have a free mineral water bottle to drink in the room in which it is a 5star hotel,ask the reception and said if we have empty bottle we can refill or ask water from the bar,my gosh!and here comes the night,im awaken by the snoring of the other room(we stayed in room#236),very loud snor,i told the recep but no action,but aside from that,staff of the hotel is very hospitable,friendly and food is good,atleast me and my family experienced staying in this hotel

The location was amazing, with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. Unfortunately, our room was directly adjacent to an old lift, which was quite noisy and attracted a lot of foot traffic throughout the day and night. As a result, it was difficult to get a proper sleep-in or relax in the room between our daily activities. A great location with fantastic views, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the lift if you’re looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Breakfast was good.

Nice views from the breakfast area, breakfast included and quite good. Rooms are basic but clean. I was a little annoyed that we were charged NZ$15 for parking per night given the hotel is out of town and not easily accessible without a car, limiting alternative options. In also think bath robes and slippers should be provided by the hotel given they have an outdoor spa and pool, with we couldn’t use as we weren’t prepared for that. Otherwise, staff are helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of our kids' favourite parts was having breakfast by the window each morning while enjoying the stunning views . It was the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the ski storage room. It was convenient, secure, and made it so easy to store all of our ski equipment after a day on the slopes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a ski holiday. We would definitely love to come back!
