The view of apartment is great, however, the interior of the apartment is quite old. The floor creak, carpets are old. Dishes in cupboard are oily. Certainly wont go back again.

The apartment has a good view. Pleasant. The mattresses are very soft compared to those in most hotels. The lock up garage can comfortably park a small car, and it has just enough space for a medium sized car. Overall good. Thank you.

A beautiful apartment, great views, and very responsive staff. We stayed as a family of four and the room set up was perfect for us - a real added bonus with the garage, washer, and dryer too.

The stay was fine but we won’t be back. The apartment was pretty dirty on arrival with not much love given to the property itself. There was a hole in the ceiling which we were not told about, a mess in the garage (including a cigarette butt), and both shower heads were broken. Comms between the property manager were fine. But as mentioned, for the price I will be looking somewhere else next time we are in Queenstown.

We had an excellent week long stay. The place had great views of Lake Wakatipu and is walking distance to town (albeit a bit uphill coming back). A few dings here and there but very clean, comfortable and not noisy, kitchen was more than adequate to cook daily meals for a family of 6. Beds were adequate and comfortable. Washer and dryer is great, detergent provided for. No appliance were noted to be out of order. Ample private parking for 2 cars. The best part was the hospitality, Element Escape (especially Luke and Lucy) was an awesome host, their communication was excellent, prompt with notifying issues and also very responsive to my requests. Check-in and check-out process was seamless, instructions were clear and concise. I would definitely recommend.

This property is quiet run down.Few things were not working including sink incinerator and lights.Entire property was so dusty that we had to email the property manager and ask them to re clean the property.Even then the cleaner only did a little bit and left the rest as it was.We stuggled to stay ther due to the dusty and poor cleaning condition.Fans were filled with thick layer of dust.The bedding were dusty too,it felt like no one had stayed in the propert for along time.Cushions and throws need a change as they have stains on them and are quiet over used.Stairs make squeeky noise while walking. On a positve note this place is 1 minute walk from the city centre and has amazing lake view.Not worth the price we paid thou and would not want to stay here again with the poor cleaning condition.
