This hotel brought a unique touch compared to my experience across many hotels. Location was great, views were fantastic. Felt a personal touch through the free surprise offerings each day. Hotel was also clean with great vibes. Would revisit and skip on trying a new accomm around Queenstown

Great place to stay and location and proximity to Queenstown 😌 Have stayed at QT Queenstown many times my only feedback is there was no communication on construction works would recommend to advise guests in advance and reflect in the pricing until construction completed.

When my wife and I arrived, it was kind of confusing since we were mapped behind the hotel and not where the front desk reception was. Vinnie was the mvp of our stay as he helped with luggage and trouble shooting the TV and phone (which never worked during our entire stay).

Great stay. Really lovely service and buffet breakfast. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in the Remarkables View King room, and whilst the view in the distance was amazing, you do look down onto another building, an empty pool, carpark and unfortunately they were doing some renovations during our stay so the big white covered structure was a bit of an eye sore from our rather pricey room.

The QT was an amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic and always so friendly and helpful. One of my favourite little touches was the gifts they left for us each night. It sounds like such a small thing, but we genuinely looked forward to seeing what it would be each evening, it made the stay feel really special. The location was also perfect. Being so close to Queenstown’s cafes, restaurants and everything happening around town made it so easy to get out and explore without having to worry about driving everywhere. Our room had beautiful views over the lake, and waking up to that scenery never got old. The whole hotel had such a great atmosphere and made our time in Queenstown even better. Honestly, we couldn’t fault our stay. Amazing hotel, amazing staff and plenty of little touches that made it feel special. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much
