I had a great stay at this hostel. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff were also fantastic—helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hostel is right behind the main bus stop in Queenstown and very easy to get around town. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The female’s dorm has its own bathroom which is convenient. The bed is comfy.

The sleep pods were lovely. Great air con and comfy beds. Staff were great and helpful. Large communal space and kitchen. Great find! Just don’t bring too large a suitcase….no elevators. Lol

I was accommodated in a single room. First, the staff was super nice and helpful. The kitchen's equipment examplary. Nice lounge area. Everything seemed modern and clean. But: my room was quite loud. There was constant droning sound that earplugs couldn't get rid of. When somebody used the bathroom next door it became almost comically noisy. There was a large window but only a simple blind to cover. Also, it was quite cold both in the room and the bathroom but there were no heaters. When you pay a high rate like that you should expect more.

It was beyond my expectation.Hostel has pretty chilledout environment.Reception staff was very nice and welcoming.Very convenient location.Bustop,restaurants,lake,skyline is just 5-7 mins walk.For short stay and budget accommodation this is best option.Pods were neat and clean.

Clean, warm and friendly

Solo traveller here on a snowboarding trip stayed in the 6 pod room with ensuite for 4 nights and really pleased with my stay. Communal lounge and kitchen were warm and very clean. Bathrooms and showers were clean overall. Some of the showers didn’t have their shower doors close quite properly though so water would splash out quite easily so after a few showers the bath mat was soaked. But the staff had cleaned and dried the shower by the next day with a fresh bath mat so all good. Only needed to interact with reception staff a couple of times but they were all good and helpful when I did. Room was warm enough and even on the winter nights, there were some nights I had to kick the duvet off because it was too warm. But would rather have that than being cold. Luckily my fellow roomies were pretty chill too which made the stay nice. Also great that it’s so close to town and bus stop to go to airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hostel! Very comfortable bed and incredible staff. So nice and accommodating. They let me store my bag overnight while I was on an excursion. Definitely stay here if you are wanting to be close to the centre of Queenstown!
