The Space

A two-bedroom home just outside central Queenstown, perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your preferred configuration directly.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms with standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee machine.



Standard configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed



Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Located along, Panorama Terrace, our property is a short drive to central Queenstown (or a walk into town Frankton Road). A short walk from the property there is access to the local Orbus line and the Queenstown Gardens.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: : External stairs from garage to entry; internal stairs from entry into unit

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.



Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
