「Everything was good.」

「The included breakfast was well prepared every morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk, even during late night hours such as 1:30 am. Just be mindful that at those hours, you must ring the doorbell. Room and bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend, even for solo travelers.」

「This place was amazing. They treated us like family and were attentive. Anything we needed, especially the older gentlemen that work there, I think he worked there in the evenings. I forgot his name, but I just wanted saw him. We appreciate all the help you gave us. I was there for my father being very sick, then within the days I was there, I lost my father. He did everything to keep us comfort and I wanna tell him thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. I would definitely recommend...

Que uno no pueda tener horario libre para llegar si no regresaba a las 11 de la noche me quedaba fuera entonses que chiste tiene rentar un hotel y si uno quiere salir a bailar o alguna fiesta ellos te ponen horario de entrada sin o estoy en casa de papá la verdad jamás volvería a rentar ahí」

「It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? 「The place was great. The only negative was trying to arrive. The given address confused the Uber drivers every time and put us on the street above the actual location. The stove was not functioning. The owner should check before guest arrive 」

「This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot...
