“La verdad no lo recomiendo la razón es como es posible. Que uno no pueda tener horario libre para llegar si no regresaba a las 11 de la noche me quedaba fuera entonses que chiste tiene rentar un hotel y si uno quiere salir a bailar o alguna fiesta ellos te ponen horario de entrada sin o estoy en casa de papá la verdad jamás volvería a rentar ahí”

“No había energía eléctrica !!! Y me cobraron a noche cuando tuve que ir a quedarme a otro hotel !!”

“Cuando llegamos no estaba ninguna reservacion registrada en el frontdesk, teniamos que volver a pagar la noche. Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!”

“Bel hôtel mais très près de la route. Chambre bien décorée. Mais on entendait tout depuisla salle de bains. Impression de prendre la douche avec son voisin. Et Sans compter Le passage toute la nuit de gros camions faisant un bruit pas possible. Concernant les saunas et massages au Spa : bien. Le seul bémol : peu d'explications pour nous indiquer la marche à suivre et globalement peu d'attentions à notre égard (une petite serviette nous a été donnee au lieu d'un peignoir. Gênant pour déambuler……

“We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special.……

“It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. ”

“Es un lugar horrible hice mi reservación, cuando llegue al lugar nunca me atendieron estuve esperando y tocando el timbre y también llame simplemente no hay atención. Solo espero que me reembolsen la reservación ”

“El apartamento tenia los platos sucios, las camas son terriblemente duras y el ruido es tan insoportable que nos fuimos un dia antes”
