Located in the traditional village of Manémeur, 300 m from the Sauvage coast and 1km from the city center, this traditional house of 100 sqm enjoys all the amenities while preserving rustic that make the charm of this house.

You will find on the ground floor:

- a fitted kitchen: dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator 1 door with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker Krups

a large living room with fireplace and TV lounge area

a separate toilet


Upstairs :

- a room of 15 m² with a bed of 140 x 200 cm

a room of 10m2 with a child bed of 90 x 200 cm

A mezzanine of 15m2 with sofa bed for 2 people

a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet (+ baby bath)


The house is equipped with Wifi

Guests can enjoy a furnished terrace that offers the possibility of parking 1 car.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Marie Ty'Accueil, to whom I call to make an inventory and give you the keys of the house.
She will be available throughout the stay to answer your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Check in: 15:00 - 18:00 // Check out: 10:00

CONDITIONS

The bed linen is provided.

A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is found.

Cleaning option (70 €) to specify. If not, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!

Animals are allowed.
