It was very clean and much better than expected! the only thing was that I wished the tv was already connected to a WiFi for us to watch tv at the end of the night, very annoying to have to try 3 diff connections and complicated passwords. 「We had never been to this area and the house was the perfect home base to use to explore the area. There’s a lot of beaches and state parks to enjoy on the island and we also explored the area’s other features including Port Townsend and wineries/cideries. 「The Abode On the Sea is very charming. The bed was especially comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The view is spectacular! I especially appreciate the hot water on demand and great water pressure. The abode is very accessible to the lovely town of Winslow/Bainbridge Ferry and other attractions like several beaches, the Grand Forest and a quick drive to the Rolling Bay Area and Bloedel Reserve (a must see natural delight).
