Clean, quiet, and spacious. However, the Pool was closed for repairs. With 3 kids all excited to swim, I likely would have booked a different hotel.

Clean, with nice amenities and a good breakfast
Needed a place to stay for one night. Arrived late, the host was very gracious and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable. In the morning, the water pressure was more than sufficient for a good shower, and the breakfast had bacon, eggs, potatoes, and waffles among several other options. Recommend!

In town for a two-day business trip. Found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The morning coffee was great. Would have enjoyed it during the day but not available. The bed was very comfortable, but I should have asked for flatter pillows. Enjoyed using the exercise equipment in the morning.

Loved the helpful staff and how quiet the rooms are. The breakfast was the best i've ever experienced at a hotel. The cable was not sufficient and their was no channel guide.

Good for the value, but not the cleanest. Lots of grease spots on headboards, hairs on linens, and dirt in floors. Beds were clean and everything looked nice in common areas. Cheapest stay for the quality, though.

The room was clean as were the common areas. I have stayed here in the past, so I can walk to The Patio Restaurant to eat. A perfect combination. I will stay here whenever I return to Quincy.

Affordable and clean
Only needed a comfortable bed for the night. Both of the beds were terribly squeaky every time we moved and woke us up. Not ideal. Everything else was clean enough and people were friendly.

This place had a nice breakfast, and was VERY close to the convention site. It sucked that the pool was closed. They gave every indication that the closure was permanent. Not sure why, but housekeeping never came by during our stay, (which was only 2 days, so they only missed 1 visit. but we left before 8AM, and did not return until 11pm, so it's not like they didn't have time...

Choice has housekeeping clean every three days during stays, but I understand the frustration. We are short staffed with housekeeping as well, but I will bring it to the housekeeping executive's attention and let her know that your room wasn't cleaned during your stay. Hi John, I would like to apologize for the issues you had while you stayed with us. We are in fact, installing new carpet on our 1st floor. We are just waiting for it to come in! We don't like how it looks right now either! As for our breakfast food, I am very sorry! I will definitely go over this with our breakfast attendants so they can keep a better eye on the food. Again, I am very sorry for these issues.

If you like your room cleaned while you stay in a hotel, don’t bother with this one. We stayed 3 nights. After night 1 and again after night 2, I asked for the room to be cleaned. Both times housekeeping just pulled the dirty bedspread up over the dirty sheets, left a few clean towels & did nothing else. What a waste.

Hello, thank you for your response. I would like to deeply apologize for the issue of housekeeping service while you stayed with us. Choice hotels has a room service policy of every 3 day for stay overs. I understand you requested it and still did not receive the full service like you expected. Came here from almost 3.5 hrs away to see a show, came back and they allow other businesses to have their guests park here and illegally (parked in multiple spaces) and then being told there is “nothing they can do” and a “refund isn’t an option” I’m tired, and waiting in my car for almost an hour to figure something out is a bit much. I will not be staying here again:

Hi Tina, I would like to apologize for the parking issues you had. We had over half the hotel staying here for the show and on sold out nights, it is common to have to use additional parking (our overflow lot). Again, I do apologize for this affecting your stay.
