"This was a really wonderful property. Truly special and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful. No complaints at all and would stay again."

"Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "

"Will definitely stay at Reggia Catarina again. Beautiful building and amenities. The swimming pool area is beautifully decorated and surrounded by lush green landscape. The staff is wonderful! And the location is just perfect! "

"O chalé era maravilhoso, super bem mobiliado, com lareira e banheira para tornar o ambiente perfeito. O café é deixado a porta do chalé ( se preferir ou ir no local que é servido). O chalé em si é super limpo, espaço amplo da pousada. Passamos 3 dias super confortável. Os funcionários super prestativos, sempre nos atenderam de forma eficaz, e prestativos. A única coisa que poderia ser dado mais atenção é a limpeza da área da piscina, deixaria o ambiente mais agradável."

"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "

"Um lugar razoável para se hospedar, café da manhã bom, atendimento bom, boa localização mas o quarto é bem distante da expectativa que as fotos geram. Custo benefício não é razoável em minha avaliação, mas reitero, depende de expectativa que o visitante tem em relação ao conforto do quarto."
