Une maisonnette charmante et très bien agencée perdue dans un village entouré de vignes. Des hôtes charmants et accueillants Des allentours magnifiques Que demander de plus? Il n'y a pas de commerce dans le voisinage proche, mais qu'importe? Je recommande très chaudement!

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille chez Jill et David. Le gîte se situe dans un charmant village surplombant les collines et les vignes, que les amoureux de nature, de calme (et de vin) apprécieront. La maison est très belle, décorée avec goût et super équipée. Et puis, il y a l'accueil des hôtes, plein d'attentions que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ! Merci encore à eux deux !

Dans un village calme et isolé au beau milieu des Corbières

Une maison de village sympathique qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire... Ensemble propre, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, et l'essentiel est déjà présent (papier toilette, linge de maison, produits ménagers, quelques ingrédients basiques de cuisine) et les chambres disposent de ventilateurs. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau, une bouteille de Corbières avec quelques olives nous accueillent. On se sent déjà en vacances ! La petite terrasse est assez a l'abri du vent et des regards, et possède un barbecue. Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans ce lieu.

Très beau petit village dans les terres de l’Aude tout aussi magnifiques, maison confortable et propre et surtout (et c’est ce que nous retiendrons le plus), un accueil des propriétaires et des villageois très chaleureux. Un environnement agréable et reposant !

Merci à monsieur et madame Jill pour l'accueil chaleureux, le sourire irlandais et les cadeaux (petites gourmandises et boissons) ! Ils sont disponibles afin de répondre à tout besoin lié au séjour. C'est un gîte pratique et fonctionnel (il y a ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien). La literie est bonne (nous avons bien dormi malgré la chaleur. Il y avait aussi des ventilateurs). Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée (on a beaucoup apprécié). Le village est reposant (de multiples balades à partir du gîte). Quintillan, on y va pour être loin de la ville et profiter d'une nature encore préservée ! Merci !

Quirky and delightful

This is perfect quiet retreat. Surrounded by beautiful views, there are great walks out into nature. Never seen so many different butterflies and birds. The house is in a beautiful little village with very friendly and welcoming people. The house is old and very quirky with little features and architectural puzzles. Overall a wonderful place and a delightful stay

Joli séjour au calme et belle rencontre irlandaise

Maison de village très correcte, au calme, et sans moustiques! Coin repas, cuisine et salon avec tout ce qui faut pour commencer le séjour, avec petit apéro offert par nos hôtes ! Jolies Chambres sous les toits avec linge fourni. Nous garderons mon mari, mon fils et moi, un très bon souvenir et accueil des propriétaires. Merci encore à David et Jill Pour leur accueil fort sympathique et leur gentillesse ! Et nos grandes discussions sur l’Irlande ! Merci aussi à Andrew ( leur fils) pour la dégustation de très bons vins audois accompagnée de tapas irlandaises. Des que nous en aurons l’opportunité, nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir! Parfait de bout en bout

Jill et David sont des hôtes exemplaires. Leur maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée, très propre & accueillante: les lits étaient faits avec des draps fraîchement lavé et un petit apéritif comprenant une bouteille de vin local nous attendait sur la table du salon (il y avait même du jus de fruit pour les enfants). Quel plaisir après une longue route que de pouvoir se détendre en famille! Ce sont ces petits détails qui font la différence. Tous les échanges que nous avons eues avec Jill et David étaient parfaits, et ils se sont surpassés pour que nous passions un agréable séjour dans leur magnifique région. Merci Jill et David de votre accueil, et soyez sûr que nous reviendrons.

Tout d'abord nos hôtes, chaleureux, conviviaux et vraiment accueillants. Concernant la maison, quoique petite, est bien aménagée, avec une bonne fonctionnalité. Un charmant panier régional nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous étions deux, dans l'espace d'un week-end et nous avons beaucoup bougé. Donc, nous n'avons que peu profité des lieux, toutefois nous avons bénéficié d'une excellente literie de qualité. La localisation idéale pour se ressourcer, le calme absolu !!! Une grande maison très calme et tout à fait confortable. On a beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Jill et David, la petite cour, le panorama sur la vallée dès la porte franchie, le confort de la salle de bain, l'espace. La maison reste cependant un peu vieillotte. C'est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, pour qui souhaite passer quelques jours dans un calme quasi absolu ; et dans un très belle nature tout autour du village.

Great place to just relax and enjoy

We had a very nice stay at the house, went with my mother and a friend just for a short stay to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very well equipped, excellent beds and pillows, good bathroom with a lot a warm water and a great shower head. Very useful half bathroom on the ground floor (specially for my mother, so she didn’t have to go up and down the stairs) overall very enjoyable and nice. We didn’t get to use the BBQ so me might come back just to do that! Jill and her family are very nice and welcoming, they even left us a welcoming care package at home with bread, wine, olives and pâté and at the end of our stay they gave my mothe a bottle of Muscat just because she said she enjoyed it. Easy parking very near. Just take into account that there are no places to buy food in town actually, so come equipped with what you might need. Would recommend it fully. Thank you for all your attentions!!
