Nice hotel in a newer area of the city. Comfortable bed. Big room. Only issue was no heat but they did give us an electric heater so it was good.

Overall positive experience at Le Parc
The staff were very friendly and easy to work with, very accommodating, lovely rooms. They were doing renovations while we were there and we smelled paint fumes and heard jackhammering at 7:00am - that wasn't as positive.

The building was under construction which wasn’t noted when booked. The building was noisy and the fumes of varnish were so strong that I requested another room. The construction also meant there was access to the exercise facility. I asked if I could borrow a yoga mat to use in my room and they said they didn’t have one. I had to walk to the store and buy one. The employees we not rude but certainly not accommodating. They did the absolute minimum. I woke up with a fever one night and walked down to the lobby. The front desk advised me to walk to the “only 24 hour pharmacy” at 1 in the morning. I walked there feeling awful and when I got there it was closed. I walked back to the hotel and told them I need help and I’d like to go to the hospital if there are no pharmacies open. The staff had absolutely zero empathy or any sense of preparedness of how to deal with guests.

No había batas, zapatillas, service room, el hecho de estar con otra persona cobraron más, el desayuno no incluido y por el desayuno al pagar el valor adicional solo para que te lleven a la habitación más cobros. Sin Valet Parking en la mañana….! No no pésimo la verdad. 1 sola agua en la habitación sin minibar, la televisión por cable muy limitara programación.

Hubo un robo en la caja fuerte de la habitación del hotel. Se cambió la clave de la caja fuerte después de regreso de la salida, y no se ha podido abrir la caja. Y luego un bell boy ayudaba fácilmente abrir la caja fuerte. No se debe utilizar la caja fuerte de la habitación, porque creo que todos los trabajadores sabe abrir la caja fuerte fácilmente.

La peor experiencia en un hotel !!!
Es la experiencia más nefasta y desagradable que he tenido en un hotel, el servicio es lo peor y la atención igual. Además que están en obra y los taladros y los martillos suenan de una forma explosiva y desagradable. Comienzan a taladrar todos los días a las 7 am. Esto incluyendo los domingos. Mejor dicho terrible. No les recomiendo ir por allí. El desayuno elemental y pobre. Desabrido!! Antes de reservar consulten.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The front desk staff were not very friendly and I found the area immediately outside the front door not very welcoming with cars parked where they should not have been, very poor control of access to the front door.

CONSTRUCTION AT THIS HOTEL
I was recommended by a friend to stay in this hotel on my first major visit to Quito, I would have liked to have known there were major construction works going on every day and I believe I should have been told before arrival so I could have made a choice Friday awoken at 0630 to the sound of Drilling, could not have my meetings in the hotel as it was dusty and paint fumes throughout, had to go out for my meetings including breakfast. Saturday awoken at 0625 to the sounds of hammering and drilling outside my window, not the time I was planning on getting up on a Saturday. Breakfast was awful, spent 30 mins waiting for someone to take my order but the staff seemed too intent on chatting to each other to notice one of the 3 people in the restaurant waving to get served. Gave up. Pulled forward my pick up time by 2 hours to leave as quickly as possible. When I asked at the front desk to talk to the manager I was replied with blank stares and mumbles about the works, a telephone call and 10 mins wait and still no appearance of a manager....... not acceptable Cleanliness substandard, big wads of long hair in the shower. Towels which were more beige than white No way this hotel is 5 star, room ticked the boxes barely. I would have addressed all of this with the manager and would have let most of it slide if there had not been construction on the weekend but he NEVER appeared.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is gracious. Every aspect was professional and comfortable. I spent many years i hospitality industry management and thought everything was definitely up to par. The junior suite was spacious and had wonderful amenities with everything in excellent condition. I enjoyed the high quality personal care items, lovely bath tub, and clean modern decor. Very comfortable with excellent service all around.
