Suite with terrace and parking in Embassy area....

Enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace, where you can relax in a romantic, unique and inviting space.
It has all the elements you need for an extraordinary stay.
The terrace- roofed outdoor room is the plus my guests like best.
Washer, dryer, internal and secure garage, free of charge, automatic gate with remote control... We are in the vicinity of the US Embassy, SOLCA, CARCELEN station, Carolina park.
We don't have any outages.
The space
My suite is small, cozy romantic, well-lit, beautiful mountain views, totally independent, comfortable and well-equipped suitable for long stays, or a couple or family getaway.
The outdoor terrace is accessible from the same apartment, in common use with other guests, you can work there. Always leave it clean.
Check-in is independent, I will leave keys in the lockbox of the entrance, I will send you a code once the reservation is made.
For long stays I offer you the cleaning service and change of clothes completely at no cost twice a week, made by Karina my cleaning girl, totally reliable.
You have bus, Ecovia, trolley and Metro connections.
I recommend my carrier Mr. Marco Andrade, safe and reliable, will bring you and take you to the airport for $25 per trip, he can also help you with your tour of the city and outside of it.
You have an internal, safe and spacious parking lot (suitable for F150) with electric gate and remote control at no additional cost, your payment includes a parking lot.
If you bring an additional car, the cost is $3 a night (see availability)

The common spaces are the patio, terrace, laundry area and parking area.

Very well connected with bus lines, Ecovia, Ecovia, Trole, Metro, Metro, Taxis, Uber etc...
Separate arrival at any time you like, by lockbox for keys, I will give you a code once the reservation is made.
