The apartment is located in Palit, in the central part of the island of Rab, just 100 metres from the sea. The location is ideal for guests who appreciate proximity to the historic old town of Rab while still wanting to stay in a quiet environment. Along the coastal promenade "Lungo mare" you can reach the old town with a leisurely walk in about 30 minutes. During this walk, you can enjoy the magnificent view of St. Euphemia Bay, the Franciscan monastery, and the sunset over the Adriatic.
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with a total of four rental units and offers space for up to six people on 65 m². It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and window, and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, SAT-TV and access to the balcony. The covered balcony offers a sea view and is equipped with a table and chairs for six people - perfect for shared meals outdoors or relaxed hours with a view of the coast.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-plate stove, kettle, sink, as well as crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A dining table for four people complements the open cooking and dining area. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge.
