From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. Issam went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable and even organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference — it felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home.
Every detail was perfect: from the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches that showed how much pride they take in their work. Issam was always ready with a friendly smile and helpful advice, and Nejma’s attention to detail and gracious demeanor made me feel completely at ease.
It’s rare to meet people who are so dedicated to creating a wonderful experience for their guests. Because of them, I’ll absolutely be returning — and recommending this hotel to everyone I know.
Thank you, Issam and Nejma, for making my stay so special!

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful - Fati and Lamia
The Riad is in the Medina so specific directions are important, there is no street name, nor is there a sign on the door. This caused us some confusion, especially as we arrived in the evening and it was not easy to locate the owner to have us greeted. Fati and Lamia are not on-site. In the end we were able to contact her but only with the help of our Moroccan based daughter, Lamia then arrived. This is easily fixed with signs on the door and clear instructions as to what to do when your arrival is past 7pm.
