"Wir sind Stammgäste bei RIU aber dieses Hotel ist niemals auf Palace Standard. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist schrecklich arrogant, macht einen haufen Fehler und ist leider eher damit beschäftigt miteinander zu reden als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
