“Beautiful location in San Gimignano! The owner was so attentive and provided great suggestions for our visit. Charming apartment that serviced all of are needs. Boboli bakery (25 yards from apartment) is amazing and a must! Enjoyable stay!”

“We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. ”

“Property was in the country side of Italy. If you come make sure you bring mosquito spray. They bite a lot. Pool area was very nice except sides were covered with BEEs. Rooms were ok… covered with tiny ants. Breakfast was good and had a variety. Came with my family of 4.”

“Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. Otherwise the property was nice, well equipped with AC, a……

“Location was quite handy for accessing multiple sites and services. Definitely not a quiet area in the evenings (late), however, a beautiful setting right by the river. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very helpful and accessible. ”

A parte de eso, está muy bien ubicado y es muy fácil tanto poder llegar al lugar como para poder visitar Florencia. La comunicación siempre fue buena y clara así que nuestra estancia estuvo excelente! Lo recomiendo muchísimo!”

“Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.”
