Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.”

"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
