“We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there.
The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!!
On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water……

“Excellent hotel, great location just a short walk from the main area, yet far enough to be a peaceful location. Breakfast was magnificent but didn’t dine here on an evening, it seemed very quiet, Hotel overall was very clean, good facilities with some lovely touches.
However, one of these lovely touches was a beautifully presented box of chocolates on arrival. I popped back to the room during breakfast one day to pick up a cardigan and found the housekeeping staff eating the box of chocolates,……
