For shared use: property 200 m2, park 800 m2, large, well-kept garden 800 m2 flowers and trees, natural garden 500 m2, meadow 600 m2, swimming pool heated (depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct. pool opening hours: 11:00-20:00). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, poolhouse with fridge and cooking stove. In the complex: reception, central heating system. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly. Motor access to 1 m from the house. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 350 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 550 m, bar 270 m, café 257 m, bus stop "Lesce" 500 m, railway station "Lesce-Bled" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 4 km, bathing lake 4 km. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. IMPORTANT: Studio 2+2: apartment suitable for 2 adults + 2 children (the sofa bed serves as a short bed for children).
