This vacation home is located in Punta Braccetto, 26 km from Ragusa and 27 km from Modica. It boasts a wonderful view of the sea and private parking at no additional cost. Casa La Rosa is located on the first floor and features a living area with a TV; a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, and washing machine, as well as kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies; and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with three single beds—and another bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower or bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, and toilet paper; towels and sheets are available for a fee. The house also offers additional amenities, including a clothesline, fan, mosquito net, iron, and ironing board; outdoors, you’ll find a dining area, a barbecue, and a veranda at your disposal.
