It is a welcoming family home, just 10 minutes away from the Plitvice National Parks. We where allowed to keep some of the food we had in the fridge. The rooms were simple but clean (no air conditioning). We also managed to book an hour to go on a horse riding. Our children were exited of the thought to go for a horse ride but were a bit scared when they were next to the horses. The horse keepers were wonderful to ease their fears and the children loved it! We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant across the road ...great family pizza!

A Great place close to the national park. The option of recreational riding was really fun. Homemade breakfast in the garden was incredible. We loved it.

Es ist eine Familiär geführte Pension, man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an Willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Verständigung auf Englisch sehr gut. Innen und Außen ist alles super gepflegt und sehr sauber! Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig und sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Im Flur steht ein Tisch mit kostenfreiem Kaffee und verschiedenen Teesorten zur freien Verfügung. Genau gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant wo man Frühstück und Abendessen einnehmen kann. Sehr gut und lecker und gutes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis.

Ideal location

Great location only a few kms from Entrance 1 to Plitvice Park. Very helpful host upon arrival and offered us info on local amenities. Great restaurant across the road at very reasonable price. The horse riding on site was fantastic and overall a great place to stay!

3 Tage bei den Plitwitcer Seen

..so war der Plan. Sonntagnachmittag sind wir angekommen, Marija hat uns freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns unser Zimmer gezeigt. Im Flur gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee und Tee selbst zu kochen. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC ist auch vom Zimmer aus zu erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber, Kleinigkeiten (Randleisten) sollten mal wieder fest geschraubt werden. Aber für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend. Leider gab es während unseres Besuches durchgehend Regen, weswegen wir den Nationalpark doch nicht besuchen konnten.

The guesthouse itself is not bad. There were 2 major problems with the room: no A/C and the proximity of a very busy/noisy road with lots of big trucks passing by most of the night. We stayed there in August with temperature around 38C. In this climate A/C is a must!

Simple and convinient

This is a simple guest house, with no frills or extra conforts. Not even breakfast. It is convinient for Pivlitce Lakes Park. Hosts were very nice.

Chambre impeccable, TV et internet. L'hôte était difficile à trouver pour toute question. Les pizzas du restaurant d'en face sont bonnes. Mais c'est le seul restaurant des alentours. L'hôte ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner.

위치불편및호스트

버스정류장에서 상당히떨어져있으며 그사이운행하는버스도거의없어서걸어서가야합니다 플리트비체를 트래킹하기전에이미트레킹한기분 게다가 저녁에도착하여 호스트에게 전화하였는데 통화도되지않고 무엇보도 영어사용도거의되지않아 주변에대한정보나 숙소의불편사항을전달할수도없었습니다 하지만좋은점은 침구들이잘정리되어있어 좋았습니다 숲속이라화장실에 여러종류의곤충들이 들어와있어 샤워하는내내 신경이쓰여이용하기불편했습니다

Ranch terra / August 2016

It was a nice stay in Ranch Terra! If You go there, I would absolutely recommend going horsebackriding! It was fabulous! Its also a hort distance to Plitvice national park!

Que dire? Service 0 ! Nous avons vu la dame un fois 35 secondes le temps de nous montrer la chambre. La chambre : zero confort et extrêmement bruyant. Nous attendons les gens faire pipi, les canalisations qui résone. Franchement le 3* il faudrait vraiment nous expliquer !

Great place and friendly hosts

The hotel is a small and welcoming place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for 1 night. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite, a must to visit. The road is busy with big lorries passing throughout the day and night but there are well insulated doors and windows so no problem with noise.
