Holes in the walls, scratches all over the floors, burn holes in the sheets and zero pots or pans to use the stove. We killed 2 roaches and ask for a refund but was denied and was told we can be put in a different room. We had people fighting out in the parking lot and arguing over a beer.Do not recommend this place unless you are low on cash.

I booked my room 3 months ago through Expedia, No where on the site did they say they would charge me a $50 deposit, Which they took when I checked in and said I would get back when I checked out. Which was laughable, Because the place was a dump. The room was filthy, holes in the wall, Half the lights and outlets didn’t work, The shower curtain was mounted in such a way that you could not put it inside the tub, Causing water to get on the floor. No remote for the TV, The bed wasn’t made right (They had a mattress pad on top of the blanket) The floor was coming up in several places and the sink wouldn’t drain…. They have a LOT of nerve asking for a deposit for such a sorry establishment. This was by far one of the worst Motel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay at Red Rood Again

Checked in late because the room “wasn’t ready.” When I got in the tub was filthy. There was a dead meal worm and two dead roaches in the bathroom that deposited in the toilet. Then, to top it off, there were cigarette burns and what appeared to be period blood on the bed. The bugs were so gross I got rid of them without thinking. But I did take a picture of the blood and burns that I will share. Ended throwing my suitcase on the blood stain so I knew where it was the whole time and used the opposite side of the bed.
