The breakfast was good. The staff was courteous. We were offered another room on a different floor because the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. There was dirt and hair in the shower. I also found a hair under the pillow after waking up the next morning.

I stayed here to attend a Ghost concert, I felt very safe and the area was very clean. I was a bit skeptical since a previous hotel around Raleigh wasn’t nice, but I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Crabtree Mall, which was very convenient.

The room was very clean and modern looking check in was easy less than 2 minutes I had my keys and was walking over to my room they had coffee that I could access at 8:00 at night so love this location and would reserve a room in the future again

The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied with the room. There was a lot of space in the room. The shower was great. And the continental breakfast was perfect. Although we didn't get a chance to get into the pool because of the weather it did look very clean.

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

Rooms were of usual Fairfield standard. Desk staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and throughout the stay. A small problem with a missing tv remote was resolved straightaway.

Wasn’t happy.

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke and strong air fresheners trying to cover it. We switched rooms. We were told they thought the smell would have been out by then. We didn’t notice until the morning that there was an old blood spot on a pillowcase that actually went through to the pillow. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, I will not stay here again.
