Was pee and poop on the back of the toilet upon arrival. The elevator had stopped working which became an issue for my disabled wife! The the day of check out at 8am the property people came INTO my room as I was undressed and accused me of smoking.! As a single women with me and my son being the only guest. It’s weird that a grown man would walk in while we were asleep!

Very nice hotel. Clean room. Very nice front desk attendants. I slept well so it was a good stay. There were 2 food trucks real close to the hotel property. I wanted to indulge but I had a meeting first thing in the morning and have a sensitive stomach. When I return, I will try them.

Place is at a gas station. Guy was trying to sell me weed in the lobby not really the vibe I was looking for. Room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed in worse but you get what you pay for at this place

The room was clean and as described in the pictures. The staff were ok but not particularly welcoming. The location is noisy road noise). The hotel was noisy during the night with doors banging, a man yelling about 3:15 am and the then a woman screaming (in fear?) and then the doors banged and all went silent. Very loud motorcycle noise early in the morning (6 am). Breakfast from 6-9. We arrived just after 8 and there was not much left. No milk for coffee or cereal. Machine dispensed coffee was not good and no decaf. Only bread for toast was left. So we went out to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel desk staff…After traveling for 2 hours I had to use the bathroom so I go to check in and ask if there was a restroom and the staff at the desk replied no very condescendingly and told me to go to the gas station. I’m 59 years old and I have bladder issue and I made this known I asks second time can he please hurry up because I had to use the restroom and again he told me to go the gas station. Finally, I got a room and it wasn’t the room ask for so at this time since I relieved myself he told I couldn’t have another room because I used the bathroom. Now at this point I was completely dissatisfied with his professionalism and ask for his name because I was gonna make a complaint to which he replied he didn’t care and began making racial sly comments and asked if I can even read. A conversation ensued. He called the police and I trespassed off the property which at this point was fine by me but the inconsideration and lack of empathy for your Employee was completely unacceptable and embarrassing.

The rooms were clean, the staff was okay. I came down for a family event and was told that I could not have visitors. My issue is not with the policy, I just wish it were visible on Expedia before I booked the room. The vending machines don’t work and there were only 5 channels on the television. I would not book this property again…
