“From the moment we got there for our four night stay, until we left, everything was fantastic. Great location, breakfast bar, room, gym, staff, all outstanding. Thank you.”

The hotel’s roof top is also beautiful, with good food, staff and ambience. All in all a god stay in a nice place in a nice city.”

“When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible. Essentially what we wound up with was a $40 per night motel experience but we paid $250 for it. On the positive side, the……

“There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete……

“The Guest House is impeccably maintained and in a great location to experience downtown. There was plenty of off street free parking behind the home. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and there is complimentary items for breakfast in the kitchen.”
