Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

Our stay at the Sun Rose West Hollywood was simply fantastic! Where to start?
The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious.
The Sun Rose has the best hotel gym I've ever seen (not just weights and machines but also a separate room for stretching, yoga etc.) and a lovely spa. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

The room was clean and the location was excellent. Overall the service was good, but the guy at the counter was pretty rude—he was checking his phone and computer screen while talking to us and came across like he didn’t really want to work

Didn't use the pool or gym. The room was clean, the front desk staff and restaurant bar were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. There isn't much around the area, but it is easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Security is a bit tight.
