Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

Beautifully decorated hotel and lovely rooftop pool area.
Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy it whatsoever due to it being closed for rain the entire time we were there. Disappointing that the hotel did not eventually open the rooftop bar area even though it’s covered. We felt like we lost out on the main amenity that the resort fees were charged for.

Didn't use the pool or gym. The room was clean, the front desk staff and restaurant bar were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. There isn't much around the area, but it is easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Security is a bit tight.
