Express check in Kiosk didn’t work. Not enough staff waiting on guest who needed checked in. This hotel needs a room update. Windows had old metal banners on them. Ridiculously low to the floor toilet’s. Bathroom needs two sinks. Water going down bathroom sink gurgling all the water down the drain. Positive is Free Parking, Price value of Hotel. Checking out on the TV was good. This hotel was convenient to go see Shin Lim show at the Palazzo. It was walking distance and didn’t need to move the car. But if you are going to go to the show at the Sphere from Treasure Island, you should take a taxi or whatever you prefer, but don’t walk it’s farther than you think.

This hotel is phenomenal. Everything from the unique design and artwork throughout, room cleanliness, amazing views to the tasty champagne flight at La Vida restaurant.

Seems there is no maid to check room on daily basis. Room was very noisy at Night due to outside noises. Room was clean. No coffee in room.

The rooms are beautiful and we had a nice view of the strip. But when arrived I found a dirty Starbucks cup and a sprite bottle in the fridge, a dirty towel in the nightstand drawer. We had no wet bar. The restaurants in Ceasars are fantastic but very pricey!! Gambling was good, no big winner but good!

Everything was great!!! 4th time staying here, we’ll be back
