「Nice stay and avi is a good guy! Only thing to know is the apt is one main apt that has been split into multiple units, so the entrance is shared.
Also of note there is smoking (its not smoke free)

「The room was very well equipped, but there was no dishwasher. There was tea, some cooking oil, spices, and more. The room was clean. The Internet was fast!
The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival. The apartment is close to HaShalom train station, very close to the Yehudi lightrail station, and close to a wide selection of supermarkets. I would come back for sure.」
