“Great property, clean rooms, and excellent customer service all around.”

“The hotel was kinda hidden so i like that. There wasnt any ghettos or anything. The place is clean and new. The walls were thin and they had no wifi. But the fridge and stove were cool. The bed was like just a cheap mattress. Weird feeling was theres like 4 doors to go through and you have to use your key through all of them while passing front desk. Just weird to me. I was to be sneaky in private :/”

“Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it. When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.”

“Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow. The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed.”

“We returned to our room after spending time at the beach and our room had not been cleaned. We had to go to the desk to get towels…no one to bring them up. And all we got was we’re sorry.”
