"We stayed with a group of four 55 adults for a long weekend. The location is GREAT - right off of the main road. If you have stayed at this lake before, you'll understand why that is important - most places are at the end of rutted, dirt roads with SIGNIFICANT hills. We were at Talladega for the race during most of our stay but the guys did get down to the boat dock and fish. We also used the kitchen a fair amount to prep for tailgating meals. The kitchen and dining area are large and inviting....

"Loved this place once before. The dock light, a big reason we returned to this cabin, was unavailable. This time, the cabin was not as clean as expected. We hate to leave a bad review, but it wasn't the best experience. Neighbors also complained about no-wake zone violations; however, there are no signs indicating a no-wake zone. We were not expecting kayaks to be included with the rental. This really made our trip extra special. The owner lives next door, and was very quick to answer any questions that we had.
