The Space:
The property offers gorgeous views and serene privacy. The house has over 4,100 square feet of luxurious living space paired with an incredible oasis of a yard complete with private pool, spa, and a relaxing fireplace. You will feel like you are far away from it all in your own desert escape.
The three luxurious bedrooms each have private en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, the private casita is a delight with its own kitchenette, lounge and bathroom areas.
The house is outfitted with plush and comfortable quality furniture with earth tones and accents that come together to provide a relaxing environment for your enjoyment. The high design is complemented by modern technology complete with a large screen TV located in the main living room to provide a theater-like entertainment experience.
The master bedroom is enormous in size, complete with king sized bed, tv and ample living space in addition to the oversized spa-like bathroom and sitting areas.
The second bedroom is spacious with a queen-sized bed tv and private bathroom.
The third bedroom is a cozy private getaway outfitted with a queen-sized bed, tv, and private bathroom.
The courtyard casita is its own little paradise complete with king-sized bed, tv, a kitchenette, and seating area in addition to its own en-suite full bathroom.
The outdoor living space has expansive views and is fully outfitted with plenty of outdoor seating, full-sized gas barbeque grill, dining area and lots of relaxing areas to lounge around the pool, spa and fireplace features. You'll be able to cool down with the misting system that surrounds the backyard! The courtyard comes also complete with fire pit and seating area.
The property is located on an 18-hole golf course, the Pete Dye Challenge Course. One of the best in the area! The course is a true recreational layout featuring lush doublewide fairways. The spacious clubhouse features a very comfortable lounge and dining room overlooking a lake and offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Getting Around:
We are within a 20-minute drive of the famous El Paseo Drive shopping and dining district in nearby Palm Desert and only a 15-minute drive to either the Palm Springs International Airport OR to the downtown area of Palm Springs.
Old Town La Quinta is within a 25-minute drive complete with over a dozen restaurants, live entertainment, an open-air farmers market and creative art studios. Just a short few minutes drive takes you to the many hiking trails of the La Quinta cove wilderness area.
Of course we are within easy reach of the music festival location, some of the world's best golf courses, polo fields, numerous tennis courts and only a few miles away from the famous BNP Paribas Tournament located at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
