There are 6 cushioned chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the large saline pool, custom spa and 2 Frontgate pool floats for lazy afternoons. The patio area brings many indoor amenities outside, including the outdoor covered eating area, Ping pong table, barbecue and Wi-Fi located throughout the property. Fruit trees line the backyard, including Meyer lemons (amazing and sweet), Tangelos, a Mexican lime tree for your Key Lime pie and Gin & Tonics for happy hour, and lemon for cooking and Lemonade!!

INSIDE LIVING AREA

This home’s inviting open floor plan and California Casual décor offers a soothing relaxed lifestyle. From almost every room, large glass floor to ceiling windows and sliders bring in light enhancing the large open concept living room and invite the beautiful outdoor and desert landscape into the home.

The entryway opens to the great room with fireplace, large conversation and dining area (seats 8), and leads to the fully furnished cooks kitchen. The Kitchen features modern, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter, breakfast table for 4 and high-end cookware. Just off the main living area is a large family room with 65” flat screen TV and Bar. Watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, Paramount Plus—no login required! There is a built-in Sonos house stereo system for indoors only (there is a desert wide law no music allowed outdoors). The many conversation areas this house has is a big plus for groups and multi-generational families.

SLEEPING AREAS

The master bedroom comes with a beautiful king canopy bed, flat-screens TV, your own SPA room and access to it’s own private patio area and to the pool. The master bath has two vanities, a freestanding spa tub, walled in shower with a rainwater shower head and a separate toilet.

This home is pet friendly (we supply dog and cat beds, toys, and cages, if needed).

When you book you'll enjoy our premium amenities: Welcome gifts, Public Goods toiletries, all soaps, bath and pool towels, European linens, Games and pingpong table, and 2 Frontgate Pool floats. For the little ones, we have a high-chair and a port-a-crib.

UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
