Discover the beauty of Rancho Mirage from this 2-bedroom condo. Upon entering this popular 20 plan, you are greeted with the magnificent mountain and double fairway views outside the wall to wall windows. The living room has been furnished with a sectional sofa and lots of pillows to snuggle into a comfy spot to watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV or curl up and read a book. The dining area has formal seating for six and there are a couple of bar stools at the kitchen counter for casual meals or visiting with the cook. This bar area is also a perfect spot to set up your laptop.

The updated kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. It is exceptionally well stocked and has new, matching serving ware that is perfect for entertaining and setting a beautiful table.

Wake up every morning to the beautiful mountain views! The primary suite has been furnished with a king size bed, dresser and cable TV. The updated en-suite has a large walk-in shower and is handicap suitable.

The guest bedroom has sliding glass door access to the entry courtyard and is furnished with a king bed and cable TV. The updated guest bath, adjacent to the guest bedroom, has a tub/shower combination.

The back patio is furnished with a dining table that seats four, a chaise lounge and a full coverage awning to provide shade. It is south facing and overlooks the South 2nd and 6th fairways.

The entry courtyard has been furnished with a couple of comfortable chairs and a chaise lounge. The gas BBQ is also located in the entry courtyard, convenient to the kitchen.

This vacation home has cable TV, Wi-Fi and free US and Canada calling.

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues. It is also right across the street from The River shopping and eating complex.
