“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and in a good location. Only gripes we had are the water pressure in the shower is low and there was a sickening, insect spray smell coming from the room across the hall. Only smelled it in the hallway, not in the room. ”

“Cute renovated apartment in east Boston. Nice little touches such as coffee, tea and bathroom products. Beds were comfortable. About an 8-10 minute walk to/from the subway station. It did look like there was some street parking available on the weekend if you bring a car. Only stayed for one night, but enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our stay was great. The location was very convenient. Near two subway (T) stations. Orange and Green lines. We did not attend any theater performances, but theaters were within a block or two. We needed refresh of some supplies, and host had them delivered. We did not do any cooking, but all needed equipment appeared to be present. It appeared the apartment had recently been painted and some furniture relocated compared to the picture. We found key retrieval to be easy using the T……

“Fabulous location, amazing host, lovely quaint hideaway lodging. Frank was great!!! Kept in contact, made sure everything we needed was readily available, sent us many local recommendations for food, sites and to-do adventures. Property was very quiet, clean and stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen gear. Best vacation we’ve ever been on. Thank you Frank for sharing your space. We WILL be back!!! ”
