The property feels like it SHOULD be amazing, but there's just a few things that made it just okay for us, and for others a nightmare.
The most glaring issue is the check in process. The listing says you'll get an email with a code to check in but you will not get this if you book through Expedia or any other 3rd party sites. I messaged them on Expedia and they didn't respond when it was time to check in. I borrowed a locals phone and called the number, and was lucky enough that they answered and I got a code to get in, but then I watched multiple other couples try to do the same and they wouldn't answer so they were stuck sitting in the lobby for hours and hours hoping someone would eventually pick up, well after check in time.
Eventually hours and hours after we got lucky with our call and checked in, they did end up getting back to me through Expedia message and they gave me someone elses code to their room?? I told them I already had my own and I don't need a second room. They didn't respond.
They also clearly only do maintenance on the lobby/bathroom area infrequently. Every single soap dispenser in all 6 bathrooms was empty, towels were on the floor, there were no garbage bags in the bins so you had to save all your garbage and throw it in the bathroom bins. Very odd overall
