The hotel was designed to be almost be part of the nature surrounding it. Unassuming outside but welcoming inside. The sauna offered fabulous views if Iceland weather allows you to experience it. The breakfast was magnificent, offering a variety of options including homemade bread.

great stay! there was construction going on but it didnt bother us, wasn't loud either. The sauna was beautiful but small and was occupied most of the time. they had a boot drying service that was so helpful after a day of waterfalls! they also do a wakeup call for the northern lights! awesome dinner, and breakfast with the horses in the morning was incredible!

The room: not well laid out, not enough space to even to lay out your clothes. A room for 2 people, they give you 2 coffee pods each day. The door of hotel rooms: you really have to pull to make sure it closes when you leave room. Breakfast is very nice, variety of fruits, eggs, bread selections. Plenty of parking space.
