Excellent location and accommodations

We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region.

Dejligt hotel

Et rigtig dejlig hotel det ligger rigtig godt med udsigt over vandet. Det eneste lille minus er det er italiensk morgenmad men det ved man jo så det gik Det er et hotel samt by jeg varmt kan anbefale

Un vrai moment de détente

Hôtel magnifique et personnel très accueillant. Nous avions la chambre 1: propre, très grande qui donne directement sur le jardin. Vraiment superbe. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Petit bémol: une literie un peu dure et pas de cafetière et de bouilloire dans la chambre.

El staff del hotel es bastante amables sin embargo en los cuartos inferiores se escucha mucho ruido del restaurante cuando están moviendo las sillas desde muy temprano y evitan un descanso profundo.

Fint hotell og trivelig, behjelpelig personale. Synes at aircon på rommet bråket veldig og i tillegg hadde vi vinduer mot bakgården der motorene til aircon var (?), disse bråkte så mye at vi våknet på natten. Veldig mye støy fra gaten også ellers. Vi hadde familierom og veldig fornøyd med rommet ellers.

The hotel itself is very outdated and desperately in need of some upgrades and renewal ( for example, bed mattresses are lumpy and thin, bathroom supplies are bare minimum, some floors covered in artificial grass carpeting … just overall odd). For the nightly rate, you would expect a little more — even for a European hotel room. That being said, the staff are very friendly and attentive and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel med god beliggenhed til by og vand

Gammelt hotel, men meget smukt gammelt hus, lidt slidt. Kedelig morgenmad . Udeområde med spa, er intet værd. Men kort til byen. Det smukkeste by, få min gang fra hotellet . Vi købte værelse med udsigt, hvilket var skønt. Det er nemt at komme rundt, til de andre smukke byer med bus fra byen. Samlet set et godt ophold til prisen . Personalet var hjælpsomme. Obs på, at der står det er tæt på strand, men strandene er private og koster 35-40 euro pr dag for to personer .

JUNIOR SUITE not to expectations

When you book a JUNIOR SUITE you need to expecct that it is on -1 in the building, has a handicapped bathroom and toilet, need to look through a metal grill window and it smells moldy - all not the standard you would expect
