Located within the frame of Monte di Portofino, the independent apartment with private access and parking provides a priviledged position to visit the beauties of the Levant of Liguria from Genoa to La Spezia. From Portofino to the Cinque Terre.

The outdoor area in common use has a barbecue and a lawn with a table for outdoor dining.

The apartment consists of a dining room, a lounge with TV and sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Kitchen with washing machine.

Finely restored in 2018, it maintains the characteristics of the Genovese house with modern comforts, modern and practical furniture, sunny location all day and independence.
