Great house with fantastic view

Very nice, spacious house with good pool too and good outdoor area. Communication with the owner was good and easy. Stayed with my wife, kids and mum. We enjoyed the house and the area. Recommended!

Wonderful vacation

We had a very nice time. The house was really very clean and well furnished. We received a very friendly welcome from the hosts with delicious cakes. Unfortunately, the two weeks went by way too fast, but this was certainly not our last vacation in Istria. Many thanks again to the lovely hosts who made their villa available to us for an unforgettable vacation.

Beautiful Croatia

My husband, myself and friends loved our stay… visited several lovely villages, had an olive oil tasting near Pula and wine tasting near the home. Lovely hosts who greeted us with a large plate of yummy little cakes and a bottle of wine. Had soaps in the bathroom and other amenities. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. Beautiful, restful spot!

A very restful week

Very nice house, very comfortable with an outstanding view. A good place from which you can easily discover all Istria (a car is needed). Labin is a nice place with good restaurants, and all shops needed (15mn by car). Shingle beaches are all around reachable by car. A very nice week for all the family

Great stay in this fantastic villa with private pool

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Sandra with our three kids. The owners welcomed us personally with some drinks and cookies. Everything was superbly clean. The villa is simply fantastic - a private pool, a shaded, table outside, BBQ. Inside a big kitchen, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. Really great. The environment is also nice. Istria at its best. Pebble beaches, nice towns closeby and lot's of things to do. It was great - a big compliment and thank you to the owners.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Hausbesitzern empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Großer Pool, super Ausblick aufs Meer und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Vielen Dank an Sandra und Selim.

Schöner Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen im Haus, die Grundausstattung war hervorragend. Toilettenartikel, Waschmittel, Spülmittel und Erste Hilfe- Kasten, Geschirr und Besteck ist für 4 Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Es fehlten Gewürze, falls man selber kochen möchte. Der Pool ist groß , vom Balkon hat man eine phantastische Sicht auf die Bucht. Man ist zu 100 Prozent auf ein Auto angewiesen, die Lage ist ruhig, nachteilig sind die weiten Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, anderen Städten und zu Bars oder Restaurants. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus bei tollen Besitzern mit allem, was man sich wünscht (nicht top modern)

Spitzen Aufenthalt - Pool, schöner Schatten unter großem Holzdach (!), Grill & Küche - alles bei einander - Zimmer top mit Klimaanlage. Haus super sauber und top ausgestattet (Geschmack ist individuell). Für uns & unsere Bedürfnisse ein klares: wir kommen wieder !!!

Toller Ferienort und nette Vermieter

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich, unkompliziert und hiessen und mit Kuchen und Getränken willkommen. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es ist etwas abgelegen und man muss auf einer ländlichen Strasse etwa 20 min Fahren bis man zur nächsten grösseren Einkaufsmöglichkeit kommt. Dafür ist man nahe am Meer, welches sehr klar und schön ist und nicht so sehr von Touristen überrannt wie zB Rabac. Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus Ferienhäusern, weshalb es manchmal auch am Abend etwas lauter war, was uns aber nicht störte.

sehr schönes Haus

erholsam - das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, schöne Badezimmer und die Matratzen der Betten sind super. Der Pool rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Die Vermieter sind supernett und haben uns mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen. Wir werden die Unterkunft gern weiterempfehlen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Entfernung zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu den Restaurants, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Labin, wo alles vorhanden ist

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Herzliche Begrüßung der Vermieter mit 1 Flasche Wein, Kuchen und 3 großen Flaschen Softdrinks. Alles sehr sauber. Einkaufen (Lidl, Spar) in Labin. Strand in Ravni in ca. 5 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Fazit: rundum schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles 30 Minuten entfernt

Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir sind in der Vorsaison da gewesen, daher hatte der kleine Kiosk im Ort und das Restaurant noch geschlossen. Nach Labin fährt man gut 30 Minuten. Obwohl vor Ort viel neu gebaut wird wurde man nicht durch Baulärm gestört.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir können nur die positiven Berichte der anderen Gäste bestätigen. Die Villa ist super sauber, komplett eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Sandra und Selim sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns mit Kuchen, Wein, etc empfangen und standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Lediglich die aktuellen Bautätigkeiten überall, wobei unsere Vermieter hierfür natürlich nichts können, sorgen hin und wieder für Baulärm und werden bestimmt mittelfristig den schönen Ort belasten. Fazit: Immer wieder gerne und zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Begrüßung und Ratschläge vom Vermieter

Kuchen und gekühlte Getränke hat der Vermieter bereitgestellt, Holzkohle stand am Grill, Waschmittel und Spülmaschinensteine, viele Handtücher ect. waren bereitgestellt. An alles ist gedacht. Der Weg zu den Ortsbuchten lohnt nicht. Ravni ums Eck ist da besser. Mücken und andere Insekten sind reichhaltig vorhanden aber Mückengitter gibt es nicht. Die Türklinken knarren, Lattenroste gibt es nicht. Trotzdem ein schönes Haus, ein sehr sauberer Privatpool und ein guter Gesamteindruck. In der UMGEBUNG wird viel gebaut. Kann etwas nervig werden.

Kroatien Deluxe

Das Fereinhaus entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Familie Skahic empfing uns überaus freundlich und stand, wann immer nötig, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir ( 2 Familien mit 3 Kleinkindern ) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und der fantastische Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht waren natürlich das Highlight. Nur 3 Minuten Fahrweg entfernt liegt der schöne Strand von Ravni. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten über einen zum Teil recht steilen Wanderweg das Meer erreichen. Die 10 km entfernte Stadt Labin bietet beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In unmittelbaren Umgebung entstehen derzeit etliche neue Ferienhäuser. Der vorhandene Baulärm hielt sich jedoch in engen Grenzen und hat uns nicht gestört. Auch die zahlreichen Mücken am Abend konnten uns die gute Stimmung nicht verhageln. Insgesamt blicken wir auf einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub zurück, den wir so jederzeit wiederholen würden.
