On the ground floor, there is a living room measuring 20 square meters, equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. There is also a dining room on this level. From the living area, you can access the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, the ground floor includes an open kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a shower and toilet.
