The parking space of the apartment is directly in front of the 43 m² large fenced terrace with wooden furniture and cushions. The approximately 75 m² apartment extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor of the apartment is the living room with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a separate area for a comfortable sofa overlooking the 48 "flat screen TV. A music system with CD player and USB port provide entertainment and comfortable relaxation. The Hochglanzeinbauküche is two-line with cooking island. Fridge incl. The freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and the illuminated display cabinet shines with crockery and glasses. The stove with ceramic hob and push-button, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the cooking island. The dining area is adjacent to the cooking island. Over the antique wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs perched a beautiful chandelier with 12 lights that can be dimmed steplessly. In the 1. Floor leads a wooden staircase into a small corridor from which the bathroom and the first bedroom can be reached. The bathroom with nostalgic blue and white tiles is equipped with a bathtub with rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. There is a hair dryer with diffuser ready and per person a bath and a towel. The first bedroom is furnished with two antique single beds. Each bed has a bedside table with a reading lamp and in front of it a fluffy rug. A mirrored wardrobe with interior lighting and a dresser with 4 drawers provide plenty of storage space. An additional table lamp with dimmed light and an antique picture create a nostalgic atmosphere. Through a door a wooden staircase leads to the 2nd Floor directly into the 36 m² large and open to the high rooftop second bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a XXL box spring bed with a wonderfully soft mattress. On each side there are antique bedside tables with a reading lamp and fluffy lambskins in front of them. Two high wardrobes with interior lighting provide plenty of storage space. In front of it is a chest of drawers with 4 drawers and an antique wing mirror above. An antique armchair with side table and reading lamp invite you to leisurely reading. Directly from the bed falls the view of the 55 "flat screen TV and on the high-gloss dresser with illuminated display case antique champagne glasses are ready ... Our Ferienhof am Hemmelsdorfer See is a nearly 200 year old half-timbered farmhouse in Offendorf, a small village on the lake Hemmelsdorfer not far from Timmendorfer beach. The loving and detailed renovation was completed in the summer of 2016 and there are 6 exclusive apartments with their own accesses and terraces. The half-timbered facade, the stylish wooden windows and doors and the luxurious modern fully equipped with antique elements create an exceptional feel-good ambience.

Alles wie beschrieben- klein aber fein☺️wohnung war zur Straße raus- sollte man wissen. Es gibt auch Wohnungen auf dem Hof, die sind nach hinten raus. Toller Badesee fussläufig.
